EAT DRINK PINK at The Peninsula
Not long after they arrive home from cooking at The Westin in Taipei, Chef Tim and the Eat Me kitchen team will be prepping delicious dishes for the EAT DRINK PINK breast cancer fundraiser tomorrow night at The Peninsula Bangkok hotel.
Bangkok’s best restaurants and the finest food and beverage suppliers are participating in what’s promising to be a very special event, being held on Monday 26th October from 6pm to 10pm in the beautiful riverside gardens at The Peninsula Bangkok.
Organised by the Peninsula and Bangkok 101, the second annual EAT DRINK PINK event is aimed at raising awareness as well as funds for breast cancer research.
Guests will get to mingle while feasting on dishes especially prepared for the night by 35 of Bangkok’s best restaurants, while sipping fine wines, waters, craft beer, and cocktails, knowing that they’re contributing to a good cause.
Organisers hope to draw 300 guests to the all pink affair, so come along, bring some friends, and please spread the word, because 100% of the proceeds from tickets sales are going directly to the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer.
Aside from Eat Me, restaurants participating in this fantastic initiative include Nahm, Blue Elephant, Indus, Gaggan, Baan, Le Du, Taper, Little Beast, Sloane’s, Sensi, Vesper, La Bottega Di Luca, Opus, Appia, Lenzi, Daisy Matthews, Baked In Bangkok, Smokin’ Pug, La Monita, Osito, Quince, El Mercado, Le Dalat, Melle Stelle, Crab & Claw, The Never Ending Summer, Bo.lan, Ampersand, Pastel, Err, Seed, Thiptara, and Mei Jiang.
Beverage suppliers include San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, Peroni, Chivas Regal, G Four Fine Wines, Whisgars, Hopsession, The California Wine, Italasia, Thainamthip, Triple V, Thai Bev, Siam Winery, Mikkeller, Fin Wines, Wine Gallery, and Beervana.
